Management Team

None of this success comes as a surprise! Art is a graduate of the Air Force Academy with a Bachelors of Engineering and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree. He came to the field of real estate as a successful senior manager with Deja.com which is now Google. Art is an Arizona Native with a true love and understanding of the Arizona market.

His technology experience serves him well as the leader of ERA The Realty Group. ERA is the technology leader in the real estate field. In addition, Art is a member of the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors.

Art values each one of his agents both personally and professionally and he takes a genuine interest in helping new agents establish their identity and success in real estate.

Ross Estavillo Ross is a senior manager and owner in charge of operations and development. Ross is a successful area realtor and Arizona Native. Since he began his career in real estate he has been a top producer and holds the coveted Top Gun Designation.

Prior to his career in real estate Ross was a local area police officer, detective and a valued member of the SWAT team. He is a seasoned and experienced leader. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is dedicated to the business success of the operation. Ross is equally committed to training and mentoring new agents. His commitment to honor and integrity is evident in his relationships with both customers and agents. Ross is charged with building the company of agents and clients into a well-supported and loved family.

He lives in the Southeast Valley with his wife and children and enjoys being part of and supporting the community in which he lives.
