My experience with Kathie Fullerton was the best! I was looking for a house for quite some time with another realtor. The previous realtor didn't seem to care about my family and my needs. More often than not I had to try and track her down. When a phone call was returned I considered myself lucky. Numerous times I had to fork out money to pay for one thing or another. A lot of it was money that I shouldn't have spent had my realtor done her homework. Through a great twist of fate I was sent in Kathie's direction. Right from the start I knew it was the best decision ever made. Kathie was very friendly and truly seemed to care. I told her what I was looking for and where I wanted to be. Before our first meeting she had about 5 houses picked out for us to look at. Her straight forward approach to everything was such a refresher! Kathie was willing to fight for me, her client. If something didn't appear right with a home inspection Kathie questioned it. Thanks to Kathie, I saved a bunch of money. Anyone that is trying to buy a home can truly appreciate that! I had the pleasure of working with her for three months and in all that time she never gave up on me or treated me as if I was a nuisance to her.
